This production line is used to product the pet packing band,pet packing strap;adopt the plc control the whole line do the auotmatic production,it use the melting pump and pressure sensor ensure the production stable and strap quality control the raw material you can use is 100% recycled pet flakes from the waste pet bottles,or virgin material or mixed with each other
Main Features
1) PET strap band making machinery do not need to separate the dry and water treatment . There are automatic circulation
on preheating and drying that save a large number of equipment investment and reduce the production cost by 30%;
2) Utilizing the retrieving bottle slice as raw materials that reducing the cost to a great extent;
3) With the multi-purpose machine, produce the PET straps in different specifications directly and don not need to
change the mould head;
4) Comparing with new polyester slice, the transparency of products is just the same, but the tensile strength and shock

Packaging & Shipping:
1.For the loose cargo we will packing by wooden box
2.For the full container loading we are packing the machine by film and some on pallet accordingly
3.We can shipping the goods by air or by sea
4.We will send pictures of cargo loading to our client to check and keep recording
5.We can send cargo to client's warehouse to loading
