Patrice "Patti" Daniels, 49, passed away on July 14, 2022, in Fond du Lac, WI. She was born in Portage, WI to Daniel Daniels and Mary (Steve) Lackscheide on April 18, 1973.

Patti enjoyed time with family and friends and loom knitting hats, scarves and lap blankets for homeless shelters.

A visitation for relatives and friends will be held at Zacherl Funeral Home in Fond du lac on Saturday, August 6th, 2022 from Noon to 2:00 p.m. A Memorial Mass will be held in Raritan, IL on Saturday, August 13th, 2022 at Saint Patrick’s Church at 10:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Patti’s name can be sent to the charity of your choice or Saint Patrick's Church in Raritan.

Patti is survived by her mother and stepfather Mary and Steve Lackscheide, brother Bryan Daniels and niece Ariana Daniels. She was predeceased by her father Daniel Daniels, brother Jason Daniels and aunts Christine Luce and Ellen Luce Handel.

Patti's family thanks the Saint Agnes Hospital infusion staff.
